School Health Plans

Parents should communicate with their school nurse or administration to let them know about any health concerns that would impact your child's learning or safety at school.  With input from guardians, Health Care Providers, and school health services/administration, an individual health plan can be developed to help the child be safe, healthy, and successful at school.
